Luke Mandala has become known as a master of using Psybient sound to question reality. Luke powerfully begins 2019 by releasing his new single “Accepting The Unknown” under his lesser-known moniker Mandala Affect. Here Luke eloquently combines Psy bass, breaks, world percussion, and glitched-out synths with a myriad of ambient and experimental sounds to transcend the dimensions of time and space. Luke had this to say in reference to his newest track: “This single is about a positive acceptance that I don’t understand many mysteries of how life works. It’s about moving forward with gratitude instead. Dance through it.”

With numerous festival performances and releases under his belt over the past decade, Luke has become renowned in the conscious community. Here’s what Luke had to say in reference to being featured on the compilation: “Merbaka Music is one of my favorite labels and I relate with so many of the intentions they reflect. I’m always deeply grateful to be connecting with such a beautiful network. This is my third release with Merkaba, totaling 10 songs now.” “Accepting The Unknown” is out now on Merkaba Records’ tenth-anniversary compilation album. Founded by prominent producer Kalya Scintilla, Merkaba Records has become known as one of the world’s premier labels for Psybient sound.
