Sanctioned Racial Profiling

The Department of Justice is considering a new policy that would allow for the investigation of suspected individuals on the basis of things like race and/or travel activity.

The policy was created in order to investigate individuals who meet certain "suspect trends" when there is a lack of evidence or other compelling indications of terrorist involvement.

This change would allow FBI agents to ask open-ended questions to Arab or Muslim Americans if their jobs, travel activities, or backgrounds are suspect.

Although this is a clear violation of rights, the FBI and Department of Justice have responded by saying that it wouldn't be doing much more than is already allowed when creating threat assesments.

I'm sure that's ABSOLUTELY true... since we have NO IDEA what is 'already allowed.'

They don't follow the rules they have and provoke more disputes just by pushing it a bit far. If it wasn't for THEM, there wouldn't be a THEY...they destroy personal property at a whim and cover it up and hide to avoid compensation...ignore the government, maybe it will go away...if fail then divide it into factions and feed it to itself...Freedom? You're soaking in it right now! Just remember every time you hear a bell, another fascist's head implodes! It's a Wonderful Life! Was George's lunar lasso a WMD? So they issued Mr and or Ms gestapo a gun but its for shooting bad guys, but hard to keep away from the forehead, you are trying to resist, them I mean, not you xana you resist just fine I mean them by you, but you can't, meaning they can't, resist, its inching its way up a bit closer everyday, you feel so sure about yourself, you read this and you think, enemies, "MUST DEFEAT!," but the gun, its sliding against your flesh, so seductive, you want to stop, but you're infected, its like a virus, you know the happening, but that was just a movie, but you feel so controlled and liberated at the same time...
