Disasters, Arrogance and Greed: From The Titanic to Fukushima (and the one person who could have made a difference)
This story is about a world of calamitous accidents, all of
which could have been avoided. They represent unnecessary loss of
life and the loss of billions of dollars. In the tragedies I describe here, the mistakes and
the lies belonged to the rich and powerful, and none of
the perpetrators went to prison.
