Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time
- All orders, except those with print-on-demand items, are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Items that are printed on demand are processed within 3-10 business days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Reality Sandwich will cover standard ground shipping for all products on site
- Standard ground shipping can take 1-3 weeks including processing time
- Please contact us directly via our email [email protected], or through our order contact-us form if you are interested in expedited shipping
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Reality Sandwich ships to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Reality Sandwich is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Reality Sandwich is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Reality Sandwich ships to select international locations. Please enter your address and check shipping options upon checkout for more details.
All Reality Sandwich merchandise is printed upon being ordered. Therefore, we cannot accept returns due to size issues or buyer’s remorse.
We encourage you to thoroughly review the size chart and reach out to [email protected] for any questions related to the item before purchasing. Please ask us any questions you may have – we are here to help! Any issues with misprinted/damaged/defective items must be relayed to our team via [email protected] within 3 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to [email protected] no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will return to our print on demand facility. You will then be liable for reshipment costs. Any items returned to our facility and unclaimed after 3 weeks will be donated to charity.
