What is Sacred Rose?
A blooming love letter to the sweet sounds of Americana, Psych-rock, Jam, Indie, Soul, Funk, and Bluegrass, SACRED ROSE boasts an eclectic array of headliners such as Phil Lesh & Friends, Khruangbin, The War On Drugs, Black Pumas, Umphrey’s McGee, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Goose, STS9, Greensky Bluegrass, Kamasi Washington, Animal Collective, Margo Price, and many more.
SACRED ROSE is about the love of music, inspired by the halcyon days of the 60s counterculture concerts and playful hippie spirit. The name pays homage to both SACRED ROSE founder Michael Berg’s own professional pianist Grandfather, who instilled his love of music at a young age, and The Grateful Dead, who were the progenitors of this culture.SACRED ROSE is about the love of music, inspired by the halcyon days of the 60s counterculture concerts and playful hippie spirit. Joe Russo’s Almost Dead
Joe Russo’s Almost Dead is considered the up and coming Grateful Dead band, playing incredible sets and touring the country. This author has personally been to 4 Joe Russo shows, including the recent run of shows in Philadelphia and the 2022 Peach Festival. Even if you’re not a deadhead, they are a must see.

Andy Frasco & The U.N.
We got to experience Andy and his upbeat show at the 2022 Peach Festival, in Scranton PA. Despite his time being cut considerably shorter due to an early afternoon thunderstorm, Andy pulled out some great tunes and brought the crowd back to the festival. He honored and invited on stage the groups that couldn’t perform while lightning was above, and crowd surfed from the stage to the nearby wave pool. Legendary.
